1. About This Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how SVHai, Inc. (“SVHai,” “we,” or “us”) handles information during the Alpha — our invitation-only, pre-release testing program for the ZeroRune platform. It applies to invited Alpha participants and investors who access the Services. It should be read together with the SVHai Alpha Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), which you accept when you sign up; if this Notice and the Agreement conflict, the Agreement controls.
The Services are pre-release software provided for testing and evaluation only. This Notice is intentionally different from the privacy policy that will accompany any generally available version of the Services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information. Your name, contact details, login credentials, and information about how you use the Services.
- Participant Content. The data, content, and instructions you submit to or process through the Services — including prompts, call audio, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated outputs.
- Usage data and telemetry. Logs, analytics, diagnostic data, and technical information about your device and sessions.
- Feedback and bug reports. Anything you send to helpdesk@zerorune.com or otherwise share about the Services.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate the Alpha, communicate with you, and test, secure, and improve the Services, and to prevent abusive or harmful use. As described in the Agreement, we may collect, log, store, and review Participant Content — including call audio, recordings, and transcripts — and may permit trained personnel to review that content for these purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Calls and AI-Generated Content
The Services place, receive, record, and transcribe telephone calls using artificial intelligence. If you use these features, you are responsible under the Agreement for complying with call-recording, telemarketing, and AI-disclosure laws, including obtaining all required consents from anyone who interacts with, is called by, or is recorded through the Services.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them for any consequential decision.
5. How We Share Information
We share information with the third-party providers the Services depend on — including artificial intelligence, speech, telephony, cloud hosting, and email providers — so they can process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect SVHai or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition.
6. SMS Messaging
We will only send you SMS messages if you consent to us doing so. We obtain SMS consent via opt-in messages when you subscribe to receive text messages. If you opt in, we will send you conversational messages. Our SMS program can be described as follows:

All messages will originate from 562-330-1101. We will send you messages only when contacted. Please note that messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting “Stop”. You may also opt out by emailing us at Compliance@ZeroRune.com. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
If you text us “Stop”, you will receive the following confirmation message: You will not receive messages from this line. If you would like to re-subscribe to receiving SMS messages from us, you can do so by contacting us. If you need assistance with SMS messaging, you can obtain that assistance by texting “help”. If you text “Help” to us, you will receive the following reply: Please call this number for more information or help.

7. Security — Please Read Carefully
The Services are pre-release software and have not been subjected to the security hardening, penetration testing, auditing, or compliance certifications applied to generally available services. As set out in the Agreement, we make no promises about the confidentiality, integrity, availability, backup, encryption, or security of Participant Content during the Alpha, and content may be lost, corrupted, or exposed.
For that reason: do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, health, financial, or production data, or any data you cannot afford to lose. Keep your own backups of anything you value.
8. Retention and Deletion
We may access, modify, delete, or reset Participant Content and environments at any time in connection with operating and testing the Services, and we may delete Participant Content after the Alpha ends or your participation terminates. If you would like your account information or content deleted sooner, contact us at helpdesk@zerorune.com and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.
9. Your Responsibilities for Personal Data
If you submit personal data about other people (for example, by placing calls through the Services), you are the controller of that data under the Agreement: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide it and for any required notices and consents. We process it to provide and improve the Alpha as described in this Notice.
10. Eligibility
The Services are for business evaluation by adults. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Alpha, and the Services are not directed to children.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time by posting the updated version, with reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
